Howard grew up in Inglewood, California and graduated from Inglewood High in 1998.
Howard won the VH1 reality TV show Scream Queens,earning her a role in Saw VI.In Saw VI, Tanedra played the part of Simone.
Tanedra has a very brief appearance in the 2008 remake of Prom Night, her only billed role besides Saw VI
